ART-ER, the new regional company of Emilia - Romagna for growth and innovation, launches the Blue Growth Business Plan Competition, a competition for business ideas in the field of the blue economy. Start-ups and teams of aspiring entrepreneurs in the sector are called upon to present projects innovations related to marine renewable energy, maritime surveillance, fisheries and aquaculture, blue biotechnology, maritime and coastal tourism, boating. A cash prize of 3,000 euros made available by the Municipality is up for grabs for the winner of Ravenna, a training course aimed at realizing the winning idea, networking with local companies and access to the international final to be held in Toulon, France, on May 28, 2020. The Blue Growth Business Plan Competition is funded by the INTERREG European Program MED as part of the MISTRAL project and is organized by ART-ER, a partner of MISTRAL, with the support of the Municipality of Ravenna, to promote innovation and sustainable growth of sectors of the blue economy.
