LOS Angeles Accelerates
Project Blue Presents is an annual fundraiser to support our Project Blue education curriculum. Project Blue is a virtual education platform that provides students with at home science-based programming. As the needs of the surrounding school districts have changed due to the current global situation, Project Blue has literally entered the classroom through live virtual, instruction by educators through Expand LA, a coalition of STEM organizations in over 300 classrooms. All proceeds from Project Blue Presents go towards supporting these programs including online tutorials, internships, and live video chats, to name a few. Criteria: Initiative to protect the ecosystem of the ocean and turn to it as a resource for solving challenges such as climate change, energy supply, and food security
